Nanny/House Manager Position For Loving And Active Family Of 3. Part Time But Could Become Full Time

Our family of three is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, energetic, kind, creative and loving part time nanny/house manager to support our family. My husband and I both work, my husband works from home, and we have a bright, sweet, energetic 9-month-old son who is the light of our lives! We are open to flexibility on hours and willing to adjust for the right person. From 2-4pm, the position would involve light housework and errands. From 4-6pm, the position would involve helping us with childcare as we prepare for the evening. In addition, we would like to hire someone who would be available on an on-call basis to babysit our son during the day when he is sick and unable to attend daycare. We would only seek this out for routine illnesses and fevers. We are willing to pay a premium and possibly a retainer fee for this.
