Full-time M-F Nanny Needed - 2 Twin Girls (4.5 Months Old) - Atlanta - Ideally Montessori Experience

We're seeking a caring daytime nanny for our twin girls (about 4. 5 months old at the start). Ideal candidates value and have experience with Montessori principles. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri during normal business hours. My wife works from home, so please be comfortable with a parent on-site. Responsibilities: - Engage the twins in Montessori-inspired activities, focusing on sensory play and fine/gross motor skill development. - Encourage independence in daily routines and learning experiences, guided by Montessori principles. - No personal phone use while babies are awake - No TV or screen time Start: Late Feb/Early March End: Through June or possibly mid-August If you enjoy a nurturing, mindful environment and want to help our girls thrive, we'd love to hear from you!
