About Us: We are a growing family seeking a dependable and compassionate night nanny to assist with our newborn overnight. The role involves supporting the mother with breastfeeding and ensuring the baby's safety and comfort throughout the night. Responsibilities: - 10p-6a hours - Care for the newborn overnight: diaper changes, soothing, and settling back to sleep. - Wake and assist the mother during breastfeeding sessions. - Log feeding times, diaper changes, and sleep patterns. - Handle baby-related tasks: bottle prep, washing pumping equipment, and tidying the nursery (housekeeper manages cleaning) - Monitor the baby's safety and well-being overnight. Qualifications: - Experience with newborns (e. g., night nanny, doula). - Infant CPR/First Aid certification (preferred). - Background check and references required.
