Caregiver Wanted: Part-Time Support for Independent Adult with Autism We are seeking a part-time caregiver to assist our 30-year-old son, R, who has high-functioning autism. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, understanding, and able to maintain healthy personal boundaries. This person should be respectful, presume competence, and focus on R strengths rather than his diagnosis. Shared interests in movies, animals, or people are a plus, but not necessary. R needs support with: Organizing his daily schedule Simple budgeting Meal planning and making healthy food choices Maintaining his cleaning routine, including light housekeeping, changing sheets/towels, and kitchen upkeep after cooking Establishing a regular exercise routine
