We have one easy dog that goes in and out. Im a realtor so my schedule changes frequently but Im often working from home. Ideally the childcare support would be able to help around the house in the times Im with the baby and also play with her and take care of her while I work. She is still young so lots of tummy time and mat time at the moment for playing!
