Caregiver Who Has Experience With People With Special Needs

We need awesome care/companionship for our young adult daughter with autism/a moderate intellectual disability/seizures. Do you have experience working with people with SPECIAL NEEDS? If so, please keep reading: Sadie just aged out of high school, and my husband and I are looking to add to our trusted team of helpers to take her on outings in the community and sometimes be with her at home reading, playing, chatting, etc. We live in Milton and need help on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays and Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons. We train our caregivers, treat them like family, and pay a competitive rate! Sadie wears adult diapers and needs full support changing, bathing, dressing. Her last seizure was six months ago. Sometimes she has tantrums or cries. Her moods are changeable. But she's often joyful and so much fun!
