We have a beautiful 12-month-old baby girl that loves books, walks outside and dancing. We are looking for a reliable, nurturing nanny that has experience with toddlers and will help reinforce her developmental milestones. The ideal nanny will feel like an extension of our family. We need care two days a week (weekdays). The two days can vary, as we have some flexibility with our schedule. However, eventually we can set a structured schedule that works for both parties.
