Nanny Needed For My Children In Alpharetta.

Looking for a nanny that may become a recurring/full time sitter for my daughter. I am a nurture approach mother and also using some Montessori style techniques with her. My husband and I are entrepreneurs and work from home. Ive had a difficult time giving her enough attention when I also need to attend to work. I want to ensure she doesnt have a cell phone or computer in her face all the time. Would love someone with experience in Montessori education style as well as potentially another language.
