First child, would like to start with a caregiver at 6-7 weeks. Mother will only have 8 weeks maternity leave. She works full time, from home occasionally, but most days will have meetings and work obligations outside of the house. Father works full time remotely (has dedicated office space at the house) but travels often for work. Hoping to find someone to be a consistent caregiver and support to our busy household. Light housekeeping and meal prep would be an added benefit.
