Seeking Permanent Nanny For Toddler

I'm looking for a loving and patient permanent babysitter to care for my 2-year-old daughter at home. My current sitter is moving out of state later this month, so I will need help starting in January. I mostly work remotely, but I am in a lot of meetings and calls that require my full attention. Weekday flexibility is a must since grandma helps with care but also works as an RN and her schedule varies week to week. Please let me know if interested.
