Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for someone that can help with my kiddo while I work. She is going through some life changes right now so someone comfortable and compassionate is a must. Having your own transportation is a must, there will be school pickups, as well as taking to and from dance. Help with homework is also needed. Light cooking may be needed.. but dinners will be prepped and in the fridge. Kiddo is a competitive dancer! Soends a lot of time at the studio. She is a girly girl, loves makeup, and nails. Homework help, as well as getting ready for dance. Patience and kindness. Kiddo has ADHD and anxiety, keeping a routine is best. Gentle reminders every now and then.
