First time 2 mom LGBT household (both attorneys) looking for a T-TH caregiver for their 5-month-old daughter, born in July. Preference is for a caregiver who is comfortable with young babies and can particularly assist with daily regular feedings and afternoon education, with an emphasis on reading books and engaging in various sensory activities to aid in her independence, mobility, and self-expression. 4 dogs reside in the home - must be comfortable with and around dogs, but dogs are typically in their room or at daycare. Will require background check, references and clearances. Bonus if Montessori educated or bilingual. Ideal hours would be from 10:00 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST, T, W, and TH, but flexible based on needs. May also require light driving/picking up pre-ordered groceries, meals, etc.
