Looking For A Long Term Part Time Nanny For An Active Two Year Old

I need someone I can trust, matches well with my child, who loves kids, and has their own transportation. Although my child is very young, I'd like the person to continue with us until he's in high school, so being able to help with homework is a plus. Ability to speak another language, particularly Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus, but not required. Most days may consist of pickup/drop-off, light housekeeping, meal prep and cooking, putting groceries away, and laundry. Currently, we don't have pets, but may in the future. The schedule will vary, but the routine should stay the same. Verifying the right fit will be required. Most days will require evening times and occasional morning times. At times, full day, overnight care will be required. I'm open to nanny sharing.
