I work from home on sensitive meetings throughout the day. I am fully available in between meetings throughout the day so we have to keep loud noise down. In between meetings I am available. We are very creative and love arts/crafts. My son loves to draw and color. I try to always have craft time. I also want him to have more engagement during the day. Less TV and more fun. He's fully potty trained and pretty self sufficient. I want him to be a kid and play outside. Its ok to get dirty. My son will be 4 in February. He's been raised by my mother in law/his grandma whom is deaf and doesn't speak. His first language is sign and his speech is delayed. I had him in speech therapy for 6 months and he was really picking everything up. From 3-4 year he's really blossomed and is trying to speak now. So he speaks and signs.
