hi! my daughter is 3 months old as of right now and we wouldn't need a babysitter until probably December/January because she's attached to mommy & daddy at the hip at the moment. she is a super easy baby. she eats A LOT ! she naps a lot due to her being so little still but when she's awake she loves to have tummy time or be in her jumper ! I can provide more information for whatever nanny ends up being our pick
