Caretaker Needed For 19-Month-Old Day Time

My mother-in-law has recently undergone some medical issues and is currently one of the primary caretakers of my son while we go to work. I am looking for someone who can assist in watching him Mon-Friday 1 week out of the month and Mon-Wed 3 weeks out of the month (my mother can assist some weeks). He requires outdoor stimulation such as walks, trips to the park, and swinging. Any sort of teaching activities are great as well. We just want to ensure he is in good hands. I would have meals prepped for him which would include snacks and lunch. We also have a cat and a dog that could be put away while you are taking care of my son.
