About the job
Me and my husband will be at work, one week off and one week on, 7a-7p. My husband will travel variably. We will need help 24hrs on the weeks I work. We are looking for a rotational nanny that is willing to work 630a- 8p, 5 days a week, one week on, one week off and sometimes inverted schedule (when I need to work nights 7p-7a) Nanny will drop off older daughter at school in the morning and pick her up in afternoon. She will then be alone with both kids until I come back from work. Will then need help putting kids to sleep and potentially during night if both awake. This is only true when husband is traveling and I am alone. If husband home then nanny will have less load. The following week nanny will be off and then repeat.
