Bi-lingual Nanny Needed To Engage/Teach Toddler During Work Day

Searching for female, bi-lingual (Spanish) nanny to care for, play with and teach my 15-month-old son. Schedule is flexible as both parents work from home. Want someone to give him more engagement and learning during the work day. Timeframe and days up for discussion. Can likely work with one's schedule as long as it's rather solid ahead of time. I have two dogs. One large that loves human attention. One medium that loves females but is a barker (and licker). However, we have a gated off play area for my son. My son is a very happy, energetic, and curious boy. He loves to learn and loves to celebrate when he gets something right. He's a major Sesame Street fan. His current obsession is peek-a-boo (a monster version ...) Someone who has experience in teaching toddlers this young and ideas to engage his mind more would be wonderful.
