2nd Nanny Needed For Young Adult With Autism

I am in need of a second Nanny to help me with my adult (21) daughter who is Profoundly Autistic with Food Allergies. She's a wonderful young lady - Loving, Happy, Energetic, and though she has limited language, she is very smart, loves spelling, reading, music and art. She requires close supervision while I work. I had two caregivers, one of which was my Mother who recently had a stroke. She can no longer help me with my daughter. I am in desperate need of a second Caregiver. Days and Hours are flexible. It's a plus if you have experience with the MedWaiver Program through the Agency for People with Disabilities.
