Mother's Helper + Childcare

I'm looking for an experienced mother's helper that can provide references. Hours would be 2-3 times a week for 4-6 hours. I have a 10-month-old and a 3-year-old. Pay would be $35/hr when both kids are home and $25/hrs when only one is home. Things I need help with: - tidying toys - caring for the baby while I clean - meal prep - grocery shopping - bed time routine - entertaining the kids while I do admin - entertaining kids so I can do some personal care - entertaining the kids while I do something creative - folding laundry - mending - going through outgrown kid clothes and seeing which are good for handing down - calling to get estimates for home improvement companies - organizing items I would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with cats (we have 1) and who is CPR certified.
