Seeking Reliable Nanny :)

Hello, I am a single mom with two daughters in elementary school! I work in the local ER and my schedule varies 2-4 days a week, days always differing but always weekdays, I work from 7-7. My daughters school starts at 820, so they would need someone reliable and consistent to come to the house in the morning, help get them ready and take them to school and then pick up from school, anywhere from 3-5 depending on after school activities and then hang out at home until I get off work around 730 p.m. :) would also need someone willing to drive to sports occasionally on days they have practice/games.
