After-School Nanny Needed For 5 Year Old Boy In Tampa

We're looking for after-school care in Carrollwood. We live within walking distance of the school, so pickup is easy! He is very active, so you must be comfortable outside. Minimal housekeeping and meal prep would be just for him. We have no pets and are a non-smoking home. Must have current CPR and first-aid, pass a background check, and have at least two references. You must have a car, a driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. Bonus if you also speak Spanish, as we are a bi-lingual home. Hourly rate is $20-$30. Our son has big feelings and can sometimes be impulsive. We don't use timeouts or punishments but do believe in boundaries and appropriate consequences. We would prefer someone with (or working towards) a degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least 2 years of experience.
