Babysitter For Two Toddler Boys

Hi, my wife and I are looking for someone to be an extra set of hands with our 2 boys (3 y/o and 1 y/o). I work mostly afternoons and travel every other week so having someone who can help my wife do daily activities, meal prep, and just generally help with the boys is what we're looking for. We'd love someone who enjoys being outdoors, enjoys crafting, and hands on/engaging play. My schedule can be inconsistent but we are flexible and looking for someone with flexibility as well.
