Hello, my wife and I just currently moved to Tampa and are looking for a nanny who has a flexible schedule. My families schedule can change week to week, so it is important to find a nanny who has flexibility within her week. It will be a combination of day time hours and evening hours throughout the week. We do like to plan ahead so we try and schedule 2-4 weeks ahead. Our son is 2 years old.
