Were looking for a Nanny that would work M-F from 9am-3 p.m. or so. My wife and I both work from home and have a 3rd child (21 months) who will be in day care. Were looking for a Nanny that will play with the kids, help provide structure over the summer both in and out of the home as opposed to having kids in various camps.
