We have a 1-year-old baby (who does not cry!) and we need a caring nanny for our son from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. during the week. I work five days a week and my wife works in healthcare and has a different schedule which is booked two months at a time that we could provide but the coverage would be for full days.
