Searching for an experienced nanny who can help out with mostly my oldest who is currently 18 months but will be 2 years when baby #2 arrives. Only needed a few days a week for a couple of hours a day to keep oldest entertained (playing at home, going to the park etc.) and maybe some assistance with new baby if needed. I will be around as well.
