Full Time Nanny For Active 20 Month Old

We have a wonderful and active 20-month-old who loves to be engaged throughout the day. At first she can be shy, but once she warms up she is very loving and playful. She loves activities like pretend play, singing, reading, and playing outside. I will be working from home, and would need full time assistance with my daughter. We are looking for someone who is attentive and proactive, and genuinely enjoys caretaking. Communication is imperative. Additionally we are looking for a caretaker who would fit in seamlessly with our family. We have a friendly dog who will also be present in the house. I look forward to chatting with you!
