We are soon to be a family of 5 with 3 boys. The oldest is in kindergarten, the middle goes to pre-k Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Baby due end of December. We are looking for help on Monday or Tuesdays to help with laundry and light housework while the kids are at school. Maybe some time caring for baby if we have something going on. Then mainly childcare help Thursdays and Fridays while the youngest two kids are home. Minimal driving, light meal prep, occasional evening or weekend help as things come up. Should be comfortable with parents being home frequently at the same time.
