Weekday Nanny For Infant Boy

We are looking for a full time or part time nanny to take care of our little one when we both return to work in January. My husband and I both work in the home however will not be able to provide undivided attention during the work day. Our baby will be 3 months old in January. We have a cat and a dog in the home so the person needs to be comfortable with both, however care to them will not be required. Currently care will be just to our son and cleaning up after him so some bottle washing and making bottles will be necessary. Our hope is to find someone who is willing to follow our established routines and reinforce those routines, who will play and read to our son and help him with developmental milestones along the way.
