After School Care Needed For 2 Sweet Kids!

I am looking for after school help for my 2 children, 7 and 10. They need to be picked up from two different schools - one carline and one walker. Having your own clean, smoke free transportation is required. They have dance and cheer activities after school that they will need transportation to most days of the week. When they aren't at these activities, they enjoy playing games, arts and crafts, and I hope this person will be able to take them outside more often when the weather is nice. We're looking for someone who will be happy to play with them after school, make sure they're doing their homework, and encourage their creativity. We have two dogs and a cat, so this person must be comfortable with pets.
