Nanny Needed For My Children In Tampa.

I am a mother of two beautiful twin girls. They are both very loving and playful girls, sadly I've just been having trouble with consistent and reliable child care for them. L was born first, she is super calm and eats really good. I have no problems with her at all. S is her twin sister and she is definitely the more adventurous one of the two. She loves to play, explore and be loved. I just need someone who can give my girls the attention they need and be consistent with being here. They have changed sitters 3 times already and It would be nice if I just found one that would stay with us for good.
