Family needs a full-time Administrative House Manager and Caregiver of 12yr old child (school drop-off and pickup, occasional child and playmate supervision) and elderly Mother (doctors and various appointments, errands, grocery shopping). Administrative duties include hiring, scheduling and meeting with all maintenance and service workers employed within the home; running various errands as needed; food prep; management of automobiles; keeping inventory and stocking of house supplies; filing of papers; simple organizing. Bonus if you are somewhat handy. The main objective of the position is to keep the house flowing. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and have exceptional communication and time-management skills.
