Looking For Someone Who Is Dependable And Loves To Be Interactive With Small Kids.

I have an 12-month-old, L, and a 2 yr 6-month-old that old, C. My husband works, and I work from home, so we are in need of a part time nanny. C has ADHD, and asthma, but loves learning, especially about monster trucks and letters/reading. L is a large baby on the verge of walking; he's super inquisitive and wants to learn about everything. We have a daily visual calendar and toddler timer we use to help schedule their day. We use gentle parenting, but affirm boundaries as much as possible. We do not use punishment, but focus more on attachment theory. We really need someone who is patient and proactive in interacting with both boys, as well as help plan some of the daily activities. Their days consist of breakfast, lunch dinner, reading time, toy time, music, and watching educational tv. We've also got C napping pretty regularly based on the visual calendar and timer. We have two large dogs and cat, but the dogs are kept separate from the boys so you would not need to interact with the dogs much. Light tidying would be nice just for toys and kid stuff, and then just basic snack/lunch prep for them.
