Need help with 5-month-old baby a couple times a week for roughly 4 hours at a time. My husband and I usually try to work opposite shifts but sometimes there is over lap when we need help. For instance, if I work 10-6 and my husband is 2:30-11 we would need help from 2-6. During that 4 hours we just need someone to entertain our maybe, help with feedings. changing if need be and most importantly playtime.
