Exuberant Autistic Child Needing Afternoon Assistance

I am looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver for my 6-year-old son, who is Autistic and attends behavioral therapy. The primary responsibilities include school pickup, transportation to therapy, and after-care. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: Pick up at 3:00 p.m. from school Drive to therapy (3:30 6:00 PM) Pick up from therapy at 6:00 p.m. and provide care until 7:00 p.m. Fridays: Pick up from school at 3:00 p.m. Provide care until 7:00 p.m. This position follows a week-on, week-off schedule due to shared custody, with potential for expanded hours during the summer Ideal Candidate: Experience with Autism preferred (Behavioral Therapy, Speech, or OT a plus) Reliable transportation & clean driving record Patient, structured, and comfortable with repetitive behaviors Competitive pay based on experience.
