Nanny would care for my 8-month-old and 3.5-year-old at my home or at my workplace (a church) depending on my schedule for that particular week. The church has a nursery and children's classrooms with toys, books and baby gear. Would need someone who can assist in potty training as the 3-year-old is 7 months into the process and still struggling with number 2. She experienced a lot of teacher turnover at her previous daycare after we started potty training and has struggled. Looking for a person who is energetic and believes in the power of learning through play. Minimal screen time.
