Full Time Nanny For 5 Months Old Boy Mon-friday!

I'm looking for a full time caregiver for my 5 months old baby boy Monday- Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Caregiver should have their own transportation. -We want someone who is respectful of time! As both parents are working professionals we expect the caregiver to arrive on time and also leave on time. We are very respectful of our own time as well the other person's time so we expect the same from other person - Be open and let us know if you are looking to take holidays/ absence in advance -we value openness - we want someone who is calm and have lot of patience around the infant. As my boy is only 5months old there would be times when he is cranky and fussy, the caregiver should be able to figure that out and nurse him/ cradle him to sleep.
