Were looking for an experienced nanny to care for our three kids (4, 3, 6 months). Both parents work from home and are available for backup or questions. What We Need: *Experience with multiple young kids, especially siblings close in age *Confident handling toddler disagreements, toy battles, and boundary-pushing *Engages kids in activities, outdoor play, and keeps screen time minimal *Comfortable with being firm with following through with rules while keeping a warm and fun environment *Light meal and snack prep *Dependable, patient, and proactive and also not afraid to ask questions *Bonus if you speak Spanish
