D needs help staying on task and keeping a healthy schedule. For example, making sure he takes meds, does not overeat, does his chores to the best of his ability. He needs a ride to the gym and counseling appointments, showering daily, making sure he brushed his teeth, folded and put his laundry away, and keeps his bedroom clean. D will slack off with everything if we are not consistently on him to do them. He is 32 years old with an IQ of 78 and functions much like a 10-12-year-old.
