Care Needed For 3 Month Old, Very Flexible Schedule!

We are looking for care for our 3-month-old daughter. I work from home and can be very flexible with the schedule but would ideally like someone approximately 5-10 hrs/week currently with an increase to 15-20 hours/week in March. Hours each week can be adjusted to best fit your schedule & I'm happy to work around your needs as best as possible. I will be home during the days but mostly in my office. I will typically need help on Mondays for some recurring meetings I have but can be pretty flexible otherwise. Looking for someone willing to follow wake windows, no screen time, and who can help with baby-related tasks during naps (ie wash & sterilize bottles, baby laundry, pick up toys). We have two dogs but they're very sweet & will be out of your way.
