About the job
Our son is a sweet 13-year-old boy. He is high on the autism spectrum and needs engagement and support. We are looking for some help with his care with a flexible schedule. Typically, afternoons/evenings are good for us on the weekends and some week nights. Establishing rapport will be important in the beginning, but he is very social and enjoys getting acquainted with people. I will train you with everything that he needs and everything that we do with/for him. Experience with special needs/autism is a must. We are able to work with a home health company and our insurance. The onboarding process is not difficult. Please be open to this option. We look forward to hearing from you!
