About the job
We follow a loose Montessori/Waldorf approach in our home, don't do any screen time, and try and incorporate nature/water play as much as possible. I (wife) work from home, and am looking for someone to be a consistent presence in my toddlers life. We are looking for someone to join our little village and help us encourage, love and develop our little ones (I also care for my 4mo son). The most important part to us is finding someone who enjoys the work, because its so vital to fill our home with love and the right energy. Being receptive to feedback, and having open/transparent communication is key. We believe in following the childs lead within safe boundaries. My toddler is very active, fun and loving!
