About the job
We love our nanny, but unfortunately her schedule has become too unpredictable and as two parents working full-time, we can't afford to keep taking time off work to cover for her lack of availability. We are looking for someone who will be able to work 5 days a week consistently for several weeks in a row without having to take a day off. We know life happens and sometimes you are not able to come to work due to personal reasons. But if you expect it to happen once a week or every other week, this is too much for us. For now, we are looking for someone to take care of our 20-month son from 9 to 12 p.m. If things go well, we would be open to add after school care (3 p.m. - 5pm) for both our son and our daughter who is 3. We could add more hours if the hourly rate is on the low end. Looking for someone organized, patient and caring.
