Nanny For 2 Kiddos

Hi there! Looking to find a nanny in the area to care for our 2 kiddos. They are 22mos and almost 4yrs. Our oldest is in school, so morning care would be for our 22mo. If we are able to have help in the afternoon, it would be with both kids. If open to it, we have a neighbor with a 2yo who would love to nanny share some mornings with my 22mo. They have the same easy going temperament and are very cute together. We can chat more about that, if it's a possibility. What we're looking for in our nanny: Easy going, resourceful, attention to detail, clean and organized. Engaging in arts & crafts, outside activities (story times, classes, parks, etc.), kids meals/meal prep, kids laundry, tidying up, light housekeeping. We do have a dog, mini Aussie. April start date.
