3 Sweet Littles Need A Mothers Helper!

Hi! Our amazing helper is moving out of state mid-March timeframe. We are looking for someone to be trained before she leaves. Here are the details of the position. It's M-F 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. We'd love to have some flexibility on certain weeks (dad is traveling or kids are sick) to give you more morning hours. We have 3 kids (boy 4, girl 2. 5, boy 10 months). I am a stay at home mom with the kids so mostly need help with cleaning, errands running, basic cooking, and watching the kids mostly after their naps (3-5 pm). Here are some more details around your job responsibilities: Cleaning: dishes, kitchen & dining area, folding laundry, organizing toys, vacuuming Errands: grocery pick up or shopping, library books exchange, returns, etc Cooking: baby food, grilled cheese, etc Childcare: taking all kids on a walk nearby, taking older one to swim lessons, getting the kids ready to go out & cleaned up when come home (shoes on/off, taken to bathroom, wash hands, snacks & waters packed, able to load kids in & out of our car). The kids nap or are in quiet time for 1-2 hours during the afternoon. Baby is typically with me but will need to watch all 3 for about 1. 5 hours in the afternoon while I get a break and cook dinner. The job is mostly cleaning, errands with about 10 hours of it being childcare. Need someone who is proactive and organized.
