Babysitter/part-time Nanny Needed For 8 Month Old Daughter

I am looking for a consistent babysitter/part-time nanny to come to my house and watch my 8-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate would be reliable, have a flexible schedule, and have experience with young babies. I am needing someone at least 2-3 times a week (possibly a more full-time position once I go back to work). Must be able to work weekends and nights. Tuesdays: 12pm-5 p.m. Thursdays: (random Thursdays are needed, time will vary depending on week) Fridays: 5pm-11 p.m. Saturdays: (some Saturdays are needed, times will vary depending on week)
