Our custody agreement is 7 days on/7 days off, so technically childcare is only needed every other week, but I am willing to pay a salary that is compensatory. The ideal person is live-in, as I will provide a place to live, vehicle, cell phone, meals, theme park passes, etcetera; however, everything is negotiable as long as you are available 24/7 on the weeks my children are with me.
