Full-time Nanny For 3mo Old Baby Boy - Spanish Speaking Preferred.

We are looking to find a nanny who can grow with us and our 4 mo old baby boy. We both have hybrid work schedules but more "in office" than "at home" so we are looking for a max of 40hrs per week with a flexible schedule that could potentially accommodate some weekends and participation in international travel. Expectations of the role include: -diaper changes -ensuring our son is fed on schedule -facilitate healthy napping schedule -facilitate developmental skills and play time -speak primarily in Spanish to our son -light housekeeping such as ensuring toys are put away, spot cleaning if a mess is made, periodically wash and fold clothes if time permits, etc. -okay with dogs and willing to take both our son and dog for walks and occasionally help feed our dog. I am sure there are things we missed and will discuss in interviews.
