Playful Caregiver And Wanted!

We are looking for reoccurring care for our 1yr old on Monday and Thursday's. Occasionally we could also have a couple date nights on weekends once we knew our little one adjusted to her caregiver! We're looking for someone who is patient, kind and playful. Above all we want someone to have fun with our girl and interact with her by reading, playing and helping achieve her milestones. She is active and silly and did all motor skills early, so she's always on the go! We are willing to pay more for the right caregiver and offer more hours if it will help us find the right person. No housework or errand runs will be necessary, when she naps the time is yours. We have a 5-year-old old mini Australian Shepard so comfortable with pets is a must!
